Feedback is much more than just a number on a scale.  Approval from people who notice a difference in the way we look or from people who acknowledge the positive changes we are making can go a long way toward changing how we see things.  That in turn can cause a huge increase in motivation and how we behave.  The flip side is when no one notices what you have been doing.  It can be quite depressing and can kill one&#039;s motivation.  Unfortunately, in the case of folks with a lot of weight to lose, changes are often difficult to spot in the beginning, just when they need a boost the most.]]></description>
